T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the construction of W&L Subaru in Northumberland, Pennsylvania, delivering a state-of-the-art automotive dealership designed to support modern vehicle sales, customer service, and automotive maintenance operations.

Constructed through T-Ross Brothers Construction’s Commercial and Steel Building service lines, the project was completed in collaboration with Strosser Baer Architects for the Robert Long Family.

The completed facility encompasses approximately 43,000 square feet across two stories and was designed to provide a highly functional and customer-focused environment that supports every aspect of dealership operations.

The dealership features more than 5,700 square feet of showroom space designed to showcase vehicles within a clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. Additional operational components include a 17-bay service center, detail shop, large parts department, and an automatic car wash, creating a comprehensive automotive facility capable of supporting both customer convenience and efficient daily operations.

A major focus of the project was enhancing customer experience throughout the dealership. The building includes a spacious customer waiting area along with a unique children’s activity room designed to create a comfortable and family-friendly environment for visitors during service appointments and vehicle purchases.
