Ross Construction Academy
Building the Next Generation of Construction Professionals
At T-Ross Brothers Construction, we don’t just build buildings — we build careers.
Ross Construction Academy (RCA) was created to address one of the construction industry’s biggest challenges: preparing the next generation of skilled craftsmen.
Whether you’re a high school student exploring the trades or a recent graduate ready to launch your career, Ross Construction Academy provides a structured pathway that combines classroom instruction, nationally recognized certifications, and real-world jobsite experience. Students can earn NCCER credentials while learning alongside experienced professionals and developing the skills needed for a successful career in construction.
Two Career Paths. One Goal.
No matter where you are in your educational journey, Ross Construction Academy offers a program designed to help you succeed.
Junior Internship Program
For Students Entering Their Senior Year
Start building your future before you graduate high school.
Our Junior Internship Program is designed for students who have completed their junior year of high school and want to experience what a career in construction is really like.
During the summer internship, you’ll spend time on active construction projects, visit jobsites, work alongside experienced craftsmen, and complete the NCCER CORE curriculum—the first step toward becoming a certified carpenter. Interns are paid while they learn and gain valuable experience that gives them a head start before graduation.
Benefits
- Paid internship
- Earn $15 per hour while training
- Receive NCCER CORE Certification
- Real jobsite experience
- $200 PPE and tool allowance
- Company shirts and hard hat
- Learn from experienced professionals
Ross Construction Academy
For High School Graduates
Turn ambition into achievement.
After graduation, students can continue into the full Ross Construction Academy training program.
Participants are hired as full-time employees of T-Ross Brothers Construction while completing a nationally recognized NCCER curriculum. Unlike a traditional trade school, students earn a paycheck while receiving more than $20,000 worth of tuition-free training. They dedicate approximately three hours each week to classroom instruction while spending the remainder of their time gaining hands-on experience on active construction projects. Graduates complete the program as NCCER-certified carpenters prepared for long-term careers in the construction industry.
Benefits
- More than $20,000 in tuition-free education
- Full-time employment
- Competitive pay and benefits
- No student loan debt
- Nationally recognized NCCER certifications
- Real-world jobsite experience
- Accelerated career opportunities
- Clear path toward leadership positions
