Each unit features an open floor plan, in-unit laundry, and ample storage to support independent living.

Constructed on land generously donated by WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital, the community also includes a central gathering building and an outdoor patio with grilling space—promoting social interaction and resident wellness.

Built to high-performance standards, Newman Commons meets both the National Green Building Standard and the DOE’s Zero Energy Ready Homes criteria. Funding was secured through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and PennHOMES financing.
