T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the construction of a new branch location for Service 1st Federal Credit Union in Muncy, Pennsylvania, delivering a modern financial facility designed to support both traditional banking services and advanced technology-driven member experiences.

Working alongside Strosser/Baier Architects, the project involved the construction of a new single-story branch facility designed to reflect Service 1st’s commitment to community-focused service, accessibility, and modern banking convenience.

The completed branch includes member service offices, a spacious customer lobby, secure teller stations, and dedicated drive-thru lanes designed to improve operational efficiency and customer accessibility. The site was fully developed with paved access areas, utility infrastructure, signage, and exterior improvements to support daily operations and customer traffic flow.

One of the project’s key features was the installation of Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), allowing customers to access advanced self-service banking features while also providing the option to connect directly with live representatives through video assistance. The integration of modern banking technology helps create a convenient and flexible experience for customers while supporting evolving banking operations.

Interior and exterior finishes throughout the facility were carefully coordinated to align with Service 1st Federal Credit Union’s branding standards while creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for both members and staff.
