T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the East Lycoming Branch of the River Valley Regional YMCA in Muncy, Pennsylvania, providing the community with a modern recreational and wellness facility designed to serve individuals and families of all ages.

Delivered through T-Ross Brothers Construction’s Commercial, Design-Build, and Steel Building service lines, the project was completed in collaboration with Cornerstone Design Associates and incorporated a pre-engineered steel building system designed for durability, flexibility, and long-term community use.

The facility was thoughtfully designed to support a wide variety of health, fitness, recreation, and community programs within a welcoming and highly functional environment.

The completed YMCA includes a café and seating area, natatorium, spa, fitness and aerobic rooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, community room, lobby spaces, vestibule, corridor connections, stair systems, and mechanical support areas. The layout was designed to create efficient movement throughout the facility while providing flexible spaces for recreation, wellness, and community engagement.

As a community-centered facility, the project required careful coordination between structural systems, mechanical infrastructure, aquatic environments, and public-use spaces to ensure long-term functionality and operational efficiency.

The pre-engineered steel building system provided an efficient and durable construction solution while allowing for the large open interior spaces necessary for fitness, recreation, and aquatic activities.
