T-Ross Brothers Construction partnered with Ritz-Craft Corporation on a Design-Build project at the company’s Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania facility, continuing a working relationship that has spanned nearly 50 years.

Based on decades of collaboration and proven performance, Ritz-Craft selected T-Ross Brothers Construction to design and construct a new employee-focused facility tailored to the operational and workforce needs of the company.

Working closely with Ritz-Craft management throughout the design-build process, T-Ross Brothers Construction helped develop a modern facility that combines functionality, efficiency, and architectural character while creating an enhanced environment for employees and supervisors.

The completed project includes a new Vending Café Lunchroom, men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, foreman offices, and an employee loft overlooking the lunchroom area. The facility was designed to create a comfortable and welcoming gathering space while improving support areas for day-to-day operations.

A prominent tower feature highlights the building’s front entrance and draws visitors into the open lunchroom space. One of the project’s most distinctive architectural elements is the custom-built open staircase featuring river birch stair treads, creating a dramatic focal point within the interior.

Throughout the project, T-Ross Brothers Construction coordinated all phases of design and construction with a focus on quality craftsmanship, operational functionality, and long-term durability.
