T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the construction of Bressler’s Warehouse in Milton, Pennsylvania, delivering a newly constructed steel warehouse facility designed to support industrial storage and operational needs.

The project consisted of a 12,000-square-foot pre-engineered steel building measuring 100 feet by 120 feet with a 20-foot eave height. The clear-span interior design provides open and flexible warehouse space capable of supporting a variety of industrial, storage, and logistics operations.

The facility was constructed with a durable foundation system, reinforced concrete floor slab, insulated wall and roof systems, and multiple access points designed to support both personnel and equipment movement throughout the building.

Operational functionality was a major focus of the project. The completed warehouse includes four insulated overhead doors equipped with high-lift track systems and operators, along with hollow metal personnel doors designed to support efficient daily operations and equipment access.

To maintain consistent interior conditions year-round, energy-efficient insulation systems and oil-fired unit heaters were installed throughout the facility. The building was also constructed using high-quality metal wall and roof panels with long-life finishes engineered for durability, weather resistance, and reduced long-term maintenance requirements.
