The building features two-and-a-half stories and includes elevator access, complete fire alarm systems, and full sprinkler protection throughout the facility to enhance resident safety and accessibility.

The apartments and common areas were designed to create a welcoming residential environment that supports independent living while incorporating modern construction systems and high-efficiency building technologies aimed at improving energy performance and long-term operational efficiency.
