T-Ross Brothers Construction completed extensive exterior renovation work at Immaculate Conception Church in Clarion, Pennsylvania. The project focused on restoring and upgrading the church’s exterior envelope while preserving the integrity and functionality of the occupied facility throughout construction.

The renovation included the removal and replacement of existing roofing and exterior wall materials across approximately 12,000 square feet of roof and vertical wall surfaces, including portions of the church’s bell tower. Existing wood shake and asphalt shingle systems were removed and replaced with upgraded exterior materials designed to improve long-term weather resistance and energy performance.

Work also included re-insulation and reroofing efforts intended to improve building efficiency and protect the structure from moisture intrusion and weather-related deterioration. The project required careful coordination to maintain a weathertight building throughout all phases of construction.

T-Ross Brothers Construction coordinated all temporary protection systems, moisture control measures, dust control procedures, and occupant safety requirements while the church remained operational during construction. Work activities were scheduled to minimize disruption to church services, daily operations, and special events, including accommodations for funeral services and occupied areas of the property.

The project also involved roof specialty installations, flashing systems, edge details, drainage coordination, and exterior trim improvements. Materials and installation procedures were selected to withstand significant thermal movement, weather exposure, and long-term environmental conditions.

Additional responsibilities included project sequencing, temporary facilities, safety coordination, closeout procedures, quality control inspections, shop drawings, submittals, and coordination with architects, subcontractors, and church representatives throughout the renovation process.
