T-Ross Brothers Construction completed a large-scale renovation and facility improvement project for Xylem’s manufacturing operations in Watsontown, Pennsylvania. The project focused on upgrades to the company’s main production plant and Bay #1, improving the functionality, durability, and long-term performance of the industrial facility while supporting ongoing manufacturing operations.

The renovation project included extensive demolition, excavation, concrete, masonry, fencing, and metal building improvements throughout approximately 21,600 square feet of active production space. Existing exterior brick walls, foundation walls, and interior framed wall systems were removed to prepare the facility for new structural and operational upgrades. The project also included removal of raised floor areas within Bay #1 and coordination of environmental demolition requirements associated with the existing structure.

T-Ross Brothers Construction coordinated the installation of new foundations, reinforced concrete floor systems, masonry frost walls, and structural framing designed to support the updated manufacturing environment. The project included substantial upgrades to the building envelope through the installation of new standing seam roofing systems, insulated metal wall panels, new girts, and additional insulation systems designed to improve durability and energy performance throughout the facility.

Additional improvements included installation of new overhead doors, hollow metal doors, fencing, upgraded LED lighting systems, emergency lighting, and exterior wall packs to support operational efficiency and workplace safety within the production areas. The project also addressed structural repairs to damaged portions of the existing building and integrated new construction seamlessly into the operational facility.
