T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the construction of the Selinsgrove Inn, a private 24-unit hotel and suites facility located in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Developed to provide modern accommodations while complementing the surrounding community, the project combined high-quality construction with custom architectural details designed to reflect the character of the town.

Designed by John Wert, RA, the hotel was constructed using wood framing and incorporated several upgraded building systems and custom interior features to enhance both guest comfort and long-term durability. A major component of the project included enhanced acoustic design features intended to improve the guest experience throughout the facility. The building incorporated upgraded floor sound systems and acoustic sound clips within the wall assemblies to reduce sound transfer between guest rooms and create a quieter, more comfortable environment.

The project also featured custom interior finishes and detailed exterior brickwork designed to blend seamlessly with the architectural style and appearance of downtown Selinsgrove. The exterior materials and overall building design helped ensure the hotel complemented the surrounding community while providing modern hospitality accommodations.
