T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, delivering a modern four-story hotel designed to serve travelers, business professionals, families, and visitors throughout the region.

Designed by Bill Meister of Meister Cox Architects PC for Millett Real Estate, the 41,514-square-foot facility was constructed to help meet the area’s growing hospitality demand while providing guests with the comfort, amenities, and quality associated with the Marriott brand.

The completed hotel includes 70 guest rooms along with a variety of hospitality-focused amenities designed to enhance guest experience and comfort. The facility features a pool and spa area, fitness center, breakfast area, and a welcoming lobby space highlighted by custom wood finishes and upscale interior detailing.

Exterior architectural features were carefully designed to create a strong and inviting visual presence. The building incorporates stone veneer, EIFS exterior systems, and a customized porte-cochere that enhances both functionality and curb appeal while creating a welcoming arrival experience for guests.
