T-Ross Brothers Construction completed a major Design-Build expansion and renovation project for Aubrey Alexander Toyota in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, helping transform the dealership into a modern, customer-focused automotive facility designed to support long-term operational growth.

Delivered through T-Ross Brothers Construction’s Commercial, Design-Build, Green Building, and Steel Building service lines, the project was completed in collaboration with Cornerstone Design Associates for owner Blaise Alexander.

The project included the construction of an 18,613-square-foot metal building addition along with extensive renovations to existing storage and service bay areas. The expansion was designed to improve dealership operations, enhance customer experience, and create a modernized facility aligned with current automotive retail standards.

The completed addition includes a new showroom, customer lobby, service write-up and drop-off areas, administrative offices, sales offices, and ten additional service bays designed to increase service capacity and operational efficiency. Renovations also included updates to the building façade, creating a refreshed and highly visible exterior appearance that strengthens the dealership’s presence within the region.

A major focus of the project was sustainability and environmental performance. As a green building project, the facility incorporated multiple environmentally conscious construction features including recycling of construction waste materials, rainwater management systems, optimized energy performance strategies, and indoor air quality management systems designed to promote long-term operational efficiency and occupant comfort.
