The Cole’s Hardware facility in Muncy consists of approximately 20,759 square feet of commercial retail and warehouse space designed to support hardware sales, paint services, inventory storage, and daily operational needs for customers throughout southeastern Lycoming County and the surrounding region.

Constructed using a pre-engineered building system, the facility was designed to provide long-term durability, operational efficiency, and flexible interior space capable of supporting both retail and warehouse functions.

The completed building features a large retail showroom, storage warehouse space, and a dedicated paint center designed to support customer service and product accessibility within a clean and organized environment.

Architectural features were incorporated throughout the project to create a professional and visually distinctive appearance. The exterior includes custom brick veneer parapet towers, cement board siding, standing seam roofing, and custom trim details that help establish a strong commercial presence while maintaining long-term durability and low maintenance performance.
