T-Ross Brothers Construction was proud to take part in a special groundbreaking ceremony celebrating an exciting new project in Williamsport — the future home of HBF Foods, an egg grading facility for Handsome Brook Farms.

The project marks the transformation of a former manufacturing facility into a modern agricultural operation that will support one of the nation’s leading producers of organic, pasture-raised eggs. The redevelopment represents more than just a construction project; it highlights how strong partnerships, strategic investment, and skilled craftsmanship can give new purpose and opportunity to existing spaces within our community.

Handsome Brook Farms has grown from a small family farm into a nationally recognized leader in the organic egg industry. Today, the company works with a network of family-owned farms — many located throughout Pennsylvania — to provide ethically raised, high-quality eggs to retailers across the country.

The groundbreaking ceremony brought together local leaders, community partners, and representatives from HBF Foods and Handsome Brook Farms to celebrate the beginning of the project.
