Project Overview

The LB Water Corporate Headquarters project consisted of the design and construction of a new two-story commercial office building with a full basement in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. The facility was developed to serve as LB Water’s corporate headquarters, providing modern office space, conference rooms, and support areas to accommodate the company’s growing operations.

T-Ross Brothers Construction provided design-build services for the project, coordinating architectural, structural, and mechanical systems throughout the development process. The building features a steel structural frame with conventional foundations, masonry foundation walls, and brick veneer exterior walls designed to create a durable and professional appearance. The completed structure encompasses approximately 22,000 square feet of space and includes rooftop mechanical systems and integrated building infrastructure to support long-term operational needs.

The project also included significant site development, including demolition of existing structures, construction of new parking areas, and stormwater management improvements to support the new headquarters campus.
