At T-Ross Brothers Construction Inc., safety is more than a policy — it’s a core value that guides every project, every jobsite, and every decision we make.
That’s why we are incredibly proud to announce a major company milestone: four consecutive years without a single lost workday due to injury.
This achievement reflects the professionalism, awareness, teamwork, and commitment that our employees bring to work each and every day. From the field to the office, our team continues to demonstrate that maintaining a safe work environment requires constant attention, accountability, and a shared commitment to looking out for one another.
To recognize this accomplishment, T-Ross Brothers Construction recently hosted a special breakfast during our monthly safety meeting to celebrate the milestone together as a team. As part of the celebration, each employee was presented with a new safety jacket as a small token of appreciation for their dedication to maintaining a safe workplace and protecting both themselves and their coworkers.
While we are proud of the milestone itself, what makes this achievement especially meaningful is what it represents.
Four years without a lost workday injury is not the result of luck — it is the result of a strong safety culture built over time through training, communication, teamwork, and personal responsibility. It reflects a company-wide mindset that safety always comes first and that every employee has a role in helping maintain the highest standards on every project.
At T-Ross Brothers Construction, we believe the success of any project begins with making sure every team member returns home safely at the end of the day. This accomplishment reinforces our continued commitment to creating a workplace where safety, quality, and teamwork go hand in hand.
We would like to sincerely thank our entire team for their hard work, dedication, and continued focus on safe practices every day on the job.
Together, we look forward to continuing to build safely and successfully for many years to come.
