Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction served as the general contractor for a major expansion project at Patton Warehousing and Logistics in Milton, Pennsylvania. This project involved the construction of a 52,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building addition, designed to increase storage capacity and enhance operational efficiency.

The addition was developed to seamlessly integrate with the existing facility while providing the structural strength and open space required for modern warehousing operations. The clear-span design maximizes usable interior space, allowing for efficient material handling, storage, and logistics flow.

The scope of work included site layout and mobilization, extensive excavation, foundation construction, and slab-on-grade installation, followed by the erection of the pre-engineered metal building system. The project also incorporated loading dock infrastructure, including dock levelers and overhead doors, to support shipping and receiving operations.

Construction progressed through a coordinated sequence of foundation work, concrete placement, structural framing, and building enclosure, including roof and wall systems with insulation, gutters, and downspouts. Careful planning and scheduling ensured efficient execution across all phases of the project.

Managed by T-Ross Brothers’ experienced team, the project was completed with a focus on quality, durability, and long-term performance, delivering a facility expansion that supports Patton Warehousing and Logistics’ continued growth.

This project highlights T-Ross Brothers Construction’s expertise in large-scale industrial expansions and metal building construction, providing clients with functional, high-performance spaces tailored to their operational needs.
