Project Overview

T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the construction of a pre-engineered metal building for Great Coasters International in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. This project involved the development of a new 60’ x 100’ assembly building designed to support the client’s operational and production needs.

The scope of work included the installation of the building’s structural system along with all associated foundations, slab-on-grade construction, and electrical systems. The project focused on delivering a durable, functional structure tailored for industrial use while maintaining efficiency throughout the construction process.

The building features a clear-span design to maximize usable interior space, along with overhead doors, walk doors, and integrated lighting systems to support day-to-day operations. The foundation system was engineered to meet structural load requirements, and the slab was constructed for long-term durability in a production environment.

T-Ross Brothers coordinated all phases of construction, from foundation work through the erection of the pre-engineered metal building and final electrical installation.
