Project Overview

The Kleen Mist Carwash project involved exterior renovations and structural improvements to an existing commercial carwash facility in Shamokin Dam, Pennsylvania. The work included removing the existing building overhang along the front and side of the structure and installing a new metal frame building façade and canopy framing to enhance the appearance and functionality of the facility.

T-Ross Brothers Construction coordinated and completed the improvements while maintaining quality workmanship and efficient project management throughout the construction process. Additional work included installing EPDM roofing behind the parapet areas and applying a Dryvit exterior finish to create a clean, durable exterior surface.

This project demonstrates T-Ross Brothers Construction’s ability to successfully complete renovation and façade improvement projects that enhance the performance, durability, and visual appeal of commercial facilities.
