Project Overview: Fairlawn Community Church Addition

T-Ross Brothers Construction completed an addition for Fairlawn Community Church to support the church’s continued growth and expand space for ministry, gatherings, and day-to-day operations. The project added a new 15,326-square-foot building designed to function as a flexible, multi-use facility that complements the existing church campus.

The addition included a mix of community and operational spaces, such as a gymnasium, classrooms, church offices, a café/lounge area, restrooms, and a commercial kitchen to support events and food service needs. The building was constructed with durable, long-term materials and systems intended for frequent use and easy maintenance.

The result is a practical, welcoming expansion that gives Fairlawn Community Church the space and infrastructure needed to serve its congregation and community more effectively.
