Project Overview

Bressler’s Warehouse is a newly constructed steel warehouse facility located in Milton, Pennsylvania, designed to support efficient storage and operational needs. Built by T-Ross Brothers Construction, the project consists of a 12,000-square-foot pre-engineered steel structure measuring 100’ x 120’ with a 20-foot eave height, providing clear-span interior space suitable for industrial and warehouse use.

The building features a durable foundation system, reinforced concrete floor slab, insulated exterior walls and roof, and multiple access points to accommodate both personnel and equipment. Four insulated overhead doors with high-lift track systems and operators, along with hollow metal personnel doors, support smooth day-to-day operations. Energy-conscious insulation systems and oil-fired unit heaters were installed to maintain consistent interior temperatures year-round.

Constructed in compliance with applicable building codes and engineered load requirements, the warehouse utilizes high-quality metal wall and roof panels with long-life finishes, ensuring durability and low maintenance over time.

• Site coordination and building layout
• Excavation, foundations, masonry, and concrete floor systems
